Terms
Terms of Use.
These terms are an agreement between you and NPC (npconchain.xyz) (“we”), who run NPC Collectors Hub (“the Hub”). By using the Hub you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Effective 2 November 2026
Your account
- You may only add wallets and an OpenSea profile that you control.
- Keep your wallet and its keys safe. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and we will never DM you first.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 18 to use the Hub.
Acceptable use
When you use the Hub, do not:
- harass, threaten, or abuse other collectors;
- post anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- pretend to be another person, project or team member, or use a username meant to mislead;
- post scams, phishing links, or requests for anyone’s keys or seed phrase;
- scrape the Hub, overload it, probe it for weaknesses, or get around its limits or privacy settings;
- use bots or automation to create accounts, sign in, or post.
What you post
You keep ownership of what you add to the Hub, such as your profile details and anything you post or upload. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, display and share it inside the Hub, as needed to run it. That permission ends when you remove the content or delete your account, except where others have already seen it or we must keep it for legal reasons.
Only post what you have the right to share.
Moderation
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other collectors at risk. We will try to explain why, unless doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.
- Anyone can report. Signed-in collectors can report content from inside the Hub. Anyone, with or without an account, can report content on the report page.
- Automatic hiding. A post is hidden for everyone once three different established members report it (accounts at least 7 days old with a wallet verified at least 7 days ago, not blocked by the author, and not known for reports that keep being dismissed). This is the only automatic step: it counts reports, it does not judge the content. A hidden post waits for the NPC team.
- Review by people. The NPC team reviews reports and hidden content and decides whether to restore it, keep it hidden or remove it. We act on content that is illegal or breaks these terms, such as scams, harassment, hate, sexual content, impersonation, or content that infringes someone’s rights.
- You are told why. When we hide or remove what you posted, or limit your account, we tell you what was affected, which rule or law it broke, the facts we relied on, whether the step was automatic, and how to appeal.
- One appeal. You can appeal each decision once, from the notice we send you, and say why you think it was wrong. A member of the NPC team looks at it again and we tell you the outcome. If the appeal succeeds, the content or feature comes back. If not, the decision stands. You can still go to a court.
- When someone reports content, we tell them what we decided where we have a way to reach them.
Illegal content
Do not post anything illegal. If you see something on the Hub you believe is illegal, report it on the report page. Say where it is (a link), why you think it is illegal, and, if you want an answer, how to reach you. We confirm we received it, review it, and act quickly. Reports must be made in good faith. We may ignore people who keep sending reports that are clearly unfounded.
Copyright
If you believe something on the Hub infringes your copyright, send a notice through the report page that includes:
- your name and how to reach you (email, postal address and phone);
- the work you say is infringed, and a link to the content on the Hub;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the right or may act for its owner;
- your full name as your signature.
We remove or disable the content and tell the person who posted it. If they believe it was removed by mistake, they can send a counter-notice through the same page, with: their name, address and phone; what was removed and where it was; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that they believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentified; their consent to the federal court for their area in the United States (or, if they live outside the United States, any court where we may be found) and to accept legal papers from the person who sent the notice; and their full name as their signature. We pass the counter-notice to the person who sent the notice. Unless they tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have gone to court, we may restore the content.
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe other people’s copyright.
Threats to life and child abuse
If content suggests that someone’s life or safety is at risk, or shows child sexual abuse, we remove it, keep only what is needed as evidence, and pass it to the police or the relevant authority, such as a national child protection hotline. We never share such material in any other way. If someone is in danger right now, contact your local emergency services first.
NFTs, prices and marketplace data
- Holdings, listings, prices and images shown in the Hub come from OpenSea and the blockchain. We show them “as is” and they may be late, incomplete or wrong.
- Nothing in the Hub is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Make your own decisions.
- The Hub does not buy, sell or hold NFTs for you. Any trade happens on a marketplace or in your wallet, under their terms.
Other services
The Hub links to and relies on services we do not run, such as OpenSea, wallet apps and WalletConnect. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
The Hub itself
- The Hub is provided “as is”. Features may change, and it may sometimes be unavailable.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by your wallet, a marketplace, the blockchain or other services we do not run.
- The NPC name, characters and artwork belong to their owners. Using the Hub does not give you rights to them beyond those that come with tokens you hold.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Hub at any time and delete your account from your profile. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after that, such as the limits on our liability, still apply.
We close an account for serious or repeated breaches, such as scams, threats, child abuse material, or repeated copyright infringement. We tell you why and you can appeal once, as described under Moderation, unless telling you would be unsafe or unlawful.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and tell signed-in collectors about important changes in the Hub before they apply. Using the Hub after a change applies means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where NPC is established, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
